Emergency help in crisis
PMM Vasco Emergency Team is a group trained in working in extreme conditions, all in accordance to WHO regulations for the EMT-1 classification. There are only seven groups like this in the world. It consists of doctors, paramedics and nurses of complementing expertise and experience.

Syria
Refugee camps located in Syria, Iraq and Lebanon are particularly vulnerable to extreme weather conditions. With each winter, the difficulties for IDP camp residents worsen. In previous years, torrential rains have caused damage to tents and the cold has only added to the suffering of displaced Syrians.

Prosthetics for mutilated women and children in Syria
Since the beginning of the war more than 200 thousand people were mutilated due to explosions, including many children – all victims of bombardments and landmines. Frequently they are isolated and have no chance for normal life. Let’s give them one with the help of prosthetics.

Ukraine Emergency
We have provided support to Ukraine since the 6th day of the invasion. We keep in touch with hospitals, learning about their needs to react as swiftly as possible. Until now we managed to send a couple hundred pallets of supplies – dressings, surgical tools, and life-saving equipment.

Fighting hunger
We treat cases of extreme malnutrition in children below five in Etiopia, Senegal or Tanzania. We support local medical facilities and outpatient nutrition units, providing them with knowledge, equipment and therapeutic food. We also help pregnant women in order to ensure a safe fetal development.

Mother, child and primary care
Pregnant women and infants suffer the most from forced displacement, hunger or cold. In countries where healthcare is not funded those women aren't supported. We provide them with prenatal care, therapeutic food, comfortable birthing conditions, and balance the child’s diet.

Gaza Emergency
The humanitarian situation in Gaza is critical. The lives of everyone there are threatened by both bombardment and the spread of disease, lack of medicines, ambulances, medical care, water and food. According to the Gaza Health Ministry, more than 10,000 people have died in the enclave, 4 out of 10 of them children. The Polish Medical Mission, together with its long-standing partner Terre des Hommes Italia and the Palestinian Medical Relief Society, will provide those who have lost their homes with basic items to survive the coming winter: blankets, mattresses and warm clothing.
